Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Storytime Bundle subscription at any time.
How to Cancel
- Log into your account at storybud.com
- Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
Cancellation Effective Date
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to all your books indefinitely
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the billing period
After Cancellation
- Previously generated storybooks remain accessible in your account
- You may reactivate your subscription at any time
One-Time Purchase Cancellation
One-time credit purchases cannot be cancelled once the transaction is complete, as stories are immediately added to your account.
Pre-Generation Cancellation
If you purchase stories but have not yet generated any storybooks:
- Contact [email protected] within 24 hours
- Processing fees may apply
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before renewal.
Refund After Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. Refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
