If your child isn't engaged with the Storytime Bundle within 30 days of purchase, we'll work with you to:

• Adjust themes and story content to better match your child's interests
• Provide a full refund if adjustments don't resolve the issue

• Your child's preferences for theme adjustments (if requesting modifications)

We'll respond within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
