Shipping Policy

The Treasury Book is a personalized, custom-made print-on-demand product. Each book is created, printed, and shipped after your order is placed.

Delivery timeframe

Treasury Book orders are estimated to arrive within 11-14 business days after purchase. This timeframe includes customization, printing, production, and shipping.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery may take longer during high-volume periods, holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or if we need updated information to complete your order.

Address accuracy

Please enter your shipping address carefully. Once your order has been sent into production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Each address line must be fewer than 30 characters, including spaces. Please use standard abbreviations such as “St,” “Ave,” “Apt,” “Unit,” or “Ste” when possible.

If your address is incomplete, invalid, too long, or cannot be accepted by the printer or carrier, we will contact you for an updated address. This may delay your order.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information by email once your book has shipped, when tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Lost, delayed, or damaged orders

If your order appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at [support email] with your order number.

For damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged books, please contact us within 30 days of shipment and include photos of the packaging and book. If the book was damaged in transit or there was a production issue, we will help arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Incorrect addresses and returned packages

If a package is returned or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Cancellations and changes

Because the Treasury Book is personalized and printed on demand, orders can only be changed or canceled before customization or production begins.

Once your order has been sent into production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping delays

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available options.
